What Is Your Return/Exchange Policy

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your item for an exchange or refund, minus the restocking fee. This fee helps cover our original shipping cost (even if it was complimentary) and nonrefundable payment processing fees. Return shipping is your responsibility. Items must be returned in their original packaging and insured for the full purchase price. All jewelry must be in the same condition in which it was sent. We cannot accept returns of jewelry that has been resized, altered, worn, or damaged. If your piece came with a GIA or other lab certificate, it must be included in your return. Otherwise, you will be charged a $300 fee to issue a replacement certificate.

If you're not satisfied with your order, please contact us! To qualify for a return or refund, items must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery, as confirmed by USPS or FedEx tracking. Return packages must be insured for the full order value, and tracking information must be provided. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and all returned items will be inspected upon arrival. No refunds will be granted for returns made after the 7-day window—no exceptions.

Any taxes, import duties, or fees on international orders are not reimbursable by Clover Collective Antiques; please request reimbursement from the relevant authorities. Returns also remain subject to the return policy of the platform or sales channel where the item was originally purchased.

Order cancellations are not possible once an order has been placed. We cannot issue refunds due to overlooked listing details—please review all photos and read the full description before purchasing. If you'd like to see additional photos or have questions, our team is happy to assist! Any exceptions to this policy will result in a 15% restocking fee based on the full order amount.

Clover Collective Antiques reserves the right to decline or cancel any sale for any reason. We may also charge a restocking fee for excessive returns or exchanges, or if our Return Policy is not used in good faith.

Discounts or coupon codes must be applied at checkout; retroactive discounts or partial refunds will not be granted, no exceptions. If you have trouble with a discount code, contact our team—we’re here to help!

For defective items, returns and refunds will be accepted if we are notified within 30 days of delivery. Each item is inspected before shipping, but rare defects can occur. Returned defective items will be evaluated to confirm condition. If damage is due to buyer misuse, unfortunately, no refund will be issued. We also recommend jewelry be checked by a reputable jeweler every six months for wearable condition.

If store credit is issued, it expires 90 days from the date granted, and the original expiration date will remain in effect. Items purchased using store credit may be returned for store credit only, following the original terms.

Layaway orders are not eligible for cancellation or refunds; incomplete layaways will be canceled without refund.

Items that have been engraved, resized, or otherwise altered—whether by our jeweler or yours—are not eligible for return.

Custom or special-order pieces are final sale and cannot be canceled under any circumstances. Jeweler services are also non-refundable once alterations have been made. Clover Collective Antiques does not buy back any items sold.

As we sell on multiple platforms, we do our best to keep inventory current. On rare occasions, a listed item may become unavailable. Should this happen, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
