How Does Shipping Work?

Order Processing & Shipping

Once your order has been placed, please allow 2–3 business days for us to process and ship it. During holidays, processing and shipping may take longer.

Tracking & Address Corrections

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been sent.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as it may not be possible to change it once the order is processed.
If you realize you've entered the wrong address, contact us immediately. We can amend it only before shipping.
If the order has already shipped with incorrect info, please reach out to USPS to attempt redirection. If the package is ‘Returned to Sender,’ refer to our Return Policy for next steps.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Requirements

Price $1 - $100	Shipping Details $6.99 fully insured USPS Ground Mail (4-7 days). No signature required.
$101 - $200	Complimentary fully insured USPS Standard Mail (2–6 days). No signature required.
$201 – $500	Complimentary fully insured USPS Priority Mail (1–4 days). Signature required.
$501 – $1,000	Complimentary fully insured USPS Priority Mail (1–4 days). Signature required.
Over $1,000	Complimentary fully insured FedEx 2-day delivery with adult signature required. We'll contact you to schedule a delivery date.- FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. boxes; if needed, we can arrange pickup at a nearby FedEx facility.

USPS Signature Confirmation is unavailable for military or diplomatic addresses (APO/DPO/FPO/FAS, etc.). We cannot insure orders over $1,000 to these addresses.
Signature Waiver: If you opt out of Signature Confirmation Service, you waive the insurance coverage provided by Clover Collective Antiques.
Complimentary Signature Confirmation: Available upon request for orders under 200—just leave a note at checkout or contact us before placing your order.

International Shipping

Flat rate of $60 USD via USPS.
Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, tariffs, and import taxes.

Special Conditions

Jeweler Services (e.g., resizing, engraving) will delay shipment until the work is complete. Shipping timeline aligns with the quote provided during your inquiry.
Layaway Orders will ship once the item is fully paid for and processed.C
