The Canadian company Bond Boyd is known among fans of antique and vintage jewelry for its classic designs. Founded in the 1940s, the peak of the company’s heyday fell in the 1950s-1960s. But in the 1970s, the production, which was headquartered in Canada, ceased to compete with mass costume jewelry from Southeast Asia. Therefore, the company decided to end the production of jewelry made of precious metals and continued to produce only costume jewelry. However, after a while, Bond Boyd completely switched to making badges and medals for corporate orders. This charming butterfly is absolutely adorable, perfect for a lapel of a groom or a bag charm.
