The Victorians were very fond of agate. During Queen Victoria’s reign, agate was highly sought after and the height of fashion. It's hard to imagine today as we tend to draw near more flashy and sparkle-heavy jewelry. Victorian agate jewelry was historical, full of nature, and straightforward, just like their ideals.

• Measures 1 1/2 x 1 1/4 in.

• Good condition, minor scratches, wear appropriate with age, some visible gold plate loss
• Most likely of English origin
